Howard Denton International Limited is a privately-held investment company.  The principals have extensive experience in a variety of market sectors, including construction and building materials, engineering, food manufacturing, telecommunications and business services. 

HDI Capital Partners LLP provides independent strategic advice for corporate clients (especially those owned by owner-managers and high net worth individuals) and assists them with the execution of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, including management buyouts and buy-ins.
